1. Pornography – Adult Content is strictly prohibited on this site. This includes all forms
of pornography including: hardcore, softcore, child, banners, links, adult passwords, etc.

2. File Distribution – Placing large files on our servers for the primary goal of
“distributing” these files is prohibited. Common file types that will raise a red flag include: zip,
mpg, avi, exe, mp3, tar, rar. Our servers are not intended to accommodate the large amount
of network traffic that file distribution sites require. This will adversely affect the service
we are able to provide to our other customers.

3. Warez – Placing illegal software on your website for others to download is strictly
prohibited. This includes serial numbers, hacks, cracks, etc.

We will frequently scan our servers for this type of material. Content will be deleted
immediately. In addition we will work with law enforcement to prosecute anybody that is found to
have illegal material on our servers.

EMAIL/SPAM

Spam is defined as: unsolicited, usually commercial, E-mail sent to a large number of
addresses. Spam is not allowed on our servers. Anybody sending spam through our
servers will have their email accounts suspended.

COPYRIGHT

It is the Client’s responsibility to make sure they have ownership or permission to use the
data that they have on their computer. Copyright infringement is not permitted on our
servers.


Accounts found in violation of our terms of service are subject to termination with a
cleanup fee ranging from $100 to $5,000 depending on the severity of the violation.
Using common sense should be more than sufficient to keep your account in good
standing.
